First Day!!

Monday was the first day back to school for Paul! Not only did he begin teaching the New Testament at the High School Seminary, but he began his new program at USU! That's right - he started Grad School! For the next 2 years he'll be working full time as a seminary teacher, and going to night school at the Utah State extension here in Vernal as he works on his Master's Degree. HOORAY!! I'm just going to close my eyes for two years...tell me when it's over!
Paul was so happy to be home after this DOUBLE LONG DAY! Rachel and Ben were so happy to see him too.

To celebrate the end of the big first day we went to Wingers for dinner. As you can see Ben loved the fries!

After dinner we came home and washed the car for our family home evening activity.

So here we go. The beginning of the LONG HAUL called Grad School. We are excited and anxious and exhausted all at the same time. If any of you have any great ideas or good advice for getting through grad school without going grey - or pulling our hair out before it even has the chance to go grey - let me know! This really is a great opportunity for Paul and we look forward to the blessings that will come to our family as we embark on this adventure!

Hmm, without going grey? Well we're in it for 4 more years and no grey hairs yet! I think the most important thing is to always remember that it will all be TOTALLY worth it in the end and to always do fun things together to offset the long hours. By the way, I tagged Rachel on my blog!
